Spring and Fall Bear Hunts
Bear hunts take place in our traditional back country camp and is done on horseback. This hunt is a wonderful hunt to bring a companion or child on. It is an easy hunt and you will see elk, deer and moose in their natural habitat - just feet from the cabin door. There is no other hunting pressure in this are and we hunt over bait in the afternoons. Which also gives you some time to do some unguided Merriam Turkey hunting in the morning. We start baiting weeks before our hunts start to assure the bears are working the baits. We only take 4-6 hunters each Spring and Fall on these hunts. So book early. Success is 90% on these bears with a very large population of color phase bears taken.
Spring Season is May 9-16 Fall Season is September 01- 30 Cost is $2000.00 per hunter
